Greetings to the precious brethren of AIM Philippines,

I am excited to tell you that our purchase offer has been accepted and we have made a verbal agreement to buy the the property in Lapu Lapu that we have been praying about for the past many months of this year.  This is, by far and without a doubt, the largest endeavor of AIM and the greatest step of faith, as we are believing God to take care of this large financial investment. This will mean a lot of work and sacrifice, but I feel that God is willing. Please be in prayer with us. I have asked Elder Bohol and Elder Lingo to talk to the brethren–in particular the section and district leaders–about this property.

Our vision for a national headquarters, training school, missionary quarters, etc., as well as, a place to house our national convention is closer to being a reality than ever. It is now being turned over into the capable hands of the lawyers for them to begin the paperwork and legal processes.

I am so thankful to God for what He has done in the almost 6 years that we have taken the oversight and role of General Director of AIM.  I am convinced that the best is yet to come!  My vision and that of Elder Ogle, Elder Slage and others who have shared a burden for the work of the Philippines is to build a lasting heritage of truth for the current and future generations of AIM and see great things accomplished for God’s Kingdom until He comes.  Truly, the people and ministry of AIM Philippines are a great and loving people and I am humbled to be a part of this great opportunity and vision!

Lastly, brethren, please continue to pray for us, as well as others who support the cause of God in the Philippines, that God would grant us the wisdom and understanding we need to be the best we possibly can be for AIM.  I will keep you updated on the progress of purchasing our new AIM headquarters property.  Please feel free to share this with any brethren in your section or district.
