Praise the Lord to all the faithful brethren of the Apostolic Independent Missions! Please join us in united prayer for God to accomplish all His will in our upcoming 35th National Convention April 3-7, 2017 at the Mt. Olives Christian Academy in Mandaue City. I am very excited about our 35th national convention schedule, our theme, “Reaching Forth unto Those Things Which Are Before,” and all that the Lord Jesus will be doing in these services.
We are in prayer with fastings for God to defeat every hindering work of the enemy and greatly bless the dedicated people of God. I foresee the greatest unity and thus the greatest harvest that AIM has ever known! Romans 9:28 “For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth.”
We have completed the acquisition of the new AIM national headquarters property in Lapu-Lapu! And while it would have been wonderful to hold this year’s national convention at this new facility, we will still be holding minister’s meetings there and giving tours while we begin making plans for its future use.
Please pray with us for God to direct us concerning the future use of the AIM national headquarters–not our will be done, but His will be done. We know that Satan will seek to hinder in every way that he can, by any means that he can and through anyone that he can. But we will resist him steadfastly in the faith remembering the exhortation of the scripture, 1 John 4:4, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”
These are new and exciting times for AIM and God reward those who continue in faithful labor in His kingdom with renewed dedication to the purpose and goals of AIM. I truly believe that the best is yet to come and certainly Jesus is soon to come! We must work His work while there is opportunity as we redeem the time in these last days.
Pastors Ogle, Slage and myself are now preparing for our return trip and are anxious, once again, to join with our brethren of like precious faith in just few more days!
